HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We ship internationally; we have a standard international rate:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - 10 dollars Canadian on all orders

 

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

Please note the Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Average dispatch is 1-3 business days (not including weekends)

Average international shipping is 10-16 business days and could take up to 20 days when the demand is high.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can change or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing your order.

Please send us your cancellation or change request within 1 hour of ordering.

Once your order has been sent out, your order cannot be changed or canceled; please double-check before placing your order.

 

DO I PAY CUSTOMS FEES?

Custom fees and duties are not included in the checkout total. We produce and ship our parcels straight from our factory in the Asia Pacific, as such ABA Allure does not pay customs fees and duties on shipments shipped directly from our factory. Any duties and taxes owed on orders shipped directly from our factory will be billed directly to customers by the global carrier.

 

 

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS IN MY SHIPPING DETAILS, CAN I CHANGE IT?

If for whatever reason you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately to change your details. If your item has already been shipped we CANNOT change or re-route your product and you WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all details are correct before purchase. We take no responsibility for orders placed to the wrong address.

If you have entered the wrong information please ensure you contact us within 12 hours if you wish to change it.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 5-day returns and exchange policy. Please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days with your order number, a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods, and/or exchange details. If the return is accepted we'll send you the return address.

The items must be returned in their original condition: no scratches, wear marks, or broken pieces. The packaging may not be the original but please make sure the necklaces do not tangle or get damaged during transport. If the items do not reach us in their original condition or are shipped 5 days after the delivery we will not process refunds or store credit.

We will not be held accountable for lost packages or any problems that may happen during the return transportation. Please allow up to 20 business days for your return package to reach our address (depending on your location). We will only issue a refund or exchange once the parcel is delivered to us.

Refunds are processed within 5-8 working days after receiving the items back.

We do not refund shipping fees for returns.
